Moana Tamatoa Crab Valentines Day Box
Materials:
- Box (shoe box works best)
- Shells
- Construction paper (purple)
- Orange and Purple craft foam
- Glue (I used a hot glue gun and hot glue but other glues will work as well)
- Tape
- Scissors
- Wiggle eyes
- White or cream Construction paper or craft felt
- Model Magic
- Gold spray paint
- Hemp or Jute twine
- Other misc. items to decorate his shell
Directions:

- Start by cutting a hole in the top of your box for your Valentines to go in
- Glue on shells and other misc. items to the lid of your box
- Spray paint the lid, along with your shells, ect. with gold spray paint ( I used a metallic spray and then added a glitter spray over the top)
- Wrap the bottom half of your box with purple construction paper (tape or glue in place)
- Cut out of craft foam the head of your crab, his eyes, and claws
- Cut out of felt or construction paper your crabs teeth
- Glue wiggle eyes to your craft foam eye shapes and finish assembling your crabs head
- Glue your crabs claws and head to the front of your purple covered box
- Place the lid back on the box
- Form out of model magic your Maui fish hook
- Once the fish hook is dry you can wrap the handle with your jute or hemp twine
- Glue your fish hook to the top of your box
