Patriotic Fruit Tray

Materials/ Ingredients:

 

  1. Serving Tray (rectangle)
  2. Small bowl or serving dish
  3. Extra bowl and spoon
  4. Fruit of choice (red in color we used strawberries, raspberries, and cherries)
  5. Fruit of choice (blue/ black in color, we used blueberries)
  6. Pound cake, Angle food cake, white chocolate covered pretzels or marshmallows (for the white)

Fruit Dip

  1. Large container of Marshmallow cream- 13oz
  2. Package of Cream Cheese- 8oz
  3. Optional- cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Begin by making your fruit dip- Mix both the marshmallow cream and softened cream cheese together. 
  2. Pour into serving dish (optional add cinnamon to taste- either on top or mixed in)
  3. Place fruit dip in the top left corner of your serving tray
  4. begin placing in rows your red fruit
  5. Next row place your Cake or desired treat (white colored)
  6. Make another row of your red fruit
  7. Continue until your tray is full and you have alternated your red and white rows
  8. Make a layer of blue fruit on top of your fruit dip
  9. Serve and enjoy
