Apple Pie Cheesecake Cups
Instructions
  1. Crust Directions
  2. Preheat oven to 325 degrees and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners
  3. Using a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until combined
  4. Using a tablespoon, scoop the crust into the cupcake liners
  5. Using a flat bottomed round cup, press the cup into the crust to make
  6. a firm crust
  7. Set aside
  8. Cheesecake Directions
  9. Using a hand mixer, beat together the sugar and cream cheese until
  10. combined and smooth
  11. Beat in the sour cream, vanilla and salt until combined
  12. Beat in 1 egg at a time until combined
  13. Scoop 2 ½ tbsp of the cheesecake mixture into the crust
  14. Bake in the oven for 17-22 minutes or until the edges are firm and a
  15. really light golden brown starts to form
  16. Allow the cheesecakes to cool for a few hours in the fridge
  17. Topping Directions
  18. Combine all ingredients into a medium bowl
  19. Using your fingers, mix ingredients together until combined and crumble like
  20. Topping A cupcake
  21. Remove some Apple pie filling and cut the apple slices into small chunks
  22. Spoon some filling onto the top of the cupcakes
  23. Sprinkle some crumble on top
  24. Enjoy!
