Healthy Banana Oat Muffins
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. line a muffin pan with 9 cupcake liners or spray the wells with non stick spray.
  3. In a large bowl, add the bananas, milk, vegetable oil, egg and vanilla and mix until well combined.
  4. In a small bowl, add the remaining dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  5. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet and fold them together until just combined.
  6. Scoop the batter into your muffin pan
  7. bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
