Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper.
  3. In a standing mixer cream together the butter, sugar, vanilla, and eggs in a medium bowl.
  4. Add the cocoa powder, flour and coffee granules, beating until combined with the butter mixture.
  5. Spread the batter into the prepped baking dish.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Remove the brownies from the oven and allow them to fully cool.
  8. Once completely cooled cut into bars.
  9. Decorating Directions
  10. Squeeze the black cookie icing into the piping bag
  11. Pipe a dollop of the icing onto the back of an eye
  12. Place eye onto the middle of the brownie along the side like shown in the image
  13. Pipe a black circle around the eye
  14. Pipe a zig zag down one side of brownie
  15. Pipe a line straight down next to the zig zag
  16. Pipe stitches across the line
  17. Pipe half circle on the corners of the bar
  18. Allow icing to dry for an hour
