mint cream cheese buttons
    1. Using a standing mixer, cream together the cream cheese and 2 C powdered sugar
    2. Mix until combined the extract and gel food coloring until you get a rich green color
    3. Gradually beat in the remaining powdered sugar
    4. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
    5. Using a small ice cream scooper, scoop dough and roll into a ball
    6. Place onto the cookie sheet
    7. Repeat step with remaining dough
    8. Using a rounded teaspoon, make indents into all dough balls
    9. Place cookie sheet into the fridge overnight
    10. Place the chocolate chips into a heatproof bowl
    11. Place the heavy whipping cream into a small pot and bring to a simmer
    12. Pour hot heavy whipping cream over the chocolate chips and allow to sit for a minute
    13. Whisk until smooth
    14. Spoon some chocolate ganache into the cavity of the cookies
    15. Allow to slightly harden for 3 hours before enjoying!
