DISNEY NUTCRACKER–Sugar Plum fudge
In a large saucepan add your butter with sugar, heavy cream and salt.
Cook over medium to high heat until mixture starts to boil.
Stir to combine consistently.
Once it reached a boil remove from heat.
Add the white chocolate and marshmallow creme to your butter mixture.
Use a whisk or electric blender and stir until fully blended and smooth (about 1-2 minutes).
Pour half of the mixture into a parchment paper lined 13×9 baking dish.
To remaining mixture, add in cotton candy flavoring, and pink food coloring.
Mix for 1 minute until smooth.
Pour the pink layer over first layer.
Use a knife, and swirl the two layers together.
