1. In a large saucepan add your butter with sugar, heavy cream and salt.
  2. Cook over medium to high heat until mixture starts to boil.
  3. Stir to combine consistently.
  4. Once it reached a boil remove from heat.
  5. Add the white chocolate and marshmallow creme to your butter mixture.
  6. Use a whisk or electric blender and stir until fully blended and smooth (about 1-2 minutes).
  7. Pour half of the mixture into a parchment paper lined 13×9 baking dish.
  8. To remaining mixture, add in cotton candy flavoring, and pink food coloring.
  9. Mix for 1 minute until smooth.
  10. Pour the pink layer over first layer.
  11. Use a knife, and swirl the two layers together.
  12. Refrigerate overnight.
  13. Cut into 1 inch squares.
  14. Enjoy!
