Unicorn Jello Shots (adult)
Instructions
  1. Sprinkle some powdered sugar onto your cutting board and rolling pin
  2. Roll out half of both colors of fondant to be 1/8 thick
  3. Using the 2D icing tip, cut out 36 white round circles
  4. Using the #2 icing tip, cut out 36 pink round circles
  5. Using the #2 tip again, cut the pink circle a tad bit smaller
  6. Using a paintbrush, brush a really small amount of water onto the white circles
  7. Place the pink circles into the center of the white
  8. Carefully pick up the white circle and pinch the bottom of the ears
  9. Set aside and repeat with remaining 35 circles
  10. Allow to dry for 3 hours
  11. Unicorn Jello Shot Directions:
  12. Pink layer directions:
  13. In a medium bowl, stir the pink jello and boiling water until the jello dissolves.
  14. Add the vodka and cold water.
  15. Stir to combine.
  16. Evenly divide this bowl into three smaller bowls.
  17. Add 2 drops of pink food coloring in the bowl for the 3rd (bottom) layer.
  18. Mix well.
  19. Divide this equally into the shot glasses.
  20. Place in the refrigerator to chill for 2 hours.
  21. Add 1 drop of pink food coloring in the 2nd bowl for the 2nd pink layer.
  22. Mix well.
  23. Set aside.
  24. The top layer (the remaining bowl of pink jello stays the same.)
  25. White Layer directions:
  26. While your first layer of pink jello is setting, prepare the white layer.
  27. In a separate bowl add the sweetened condensed milk with 1 cup of boiling water.
  28. In a small bowl sprinkle 2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin over 1/2 cup of cold water.
  29. Allow the unflavored gelatin to set for a few minutes.
  30. Add 1/2 cup of boiling water to dissolve the gelatin.
  31. Add this to the milk mixture.
  32. Stir to combine.
  33. Allow to cool to room temperature.
  34. Spoon some of this milk mixture over the bottom layer of pink.
  35. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  36. Building the rest of the unicorn jello shot:
  37. Add the 2nd layer of the pink jello.
  38. Put in the refrigerator to chill for 2 hours.
  39. Check as this layer may harden faster.
  40. Spoon in the 2nd layer of the white milk mixture.
  41. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  42. Spoon the remaining (last pink bowl) (top layer) of pink for the top layer.
  43. Set in the refrigerator for 2 hours to set.
  44. Whipped Cream Directions
  45. Using a stand mixer, combine all ingredients and mix on medium speed.
  46. Mix until you see stiffed peaks in your whipped cream.
  47. Once the whipped cream is made, split it into 2 bowls
  48. Add about 2-4 drops of the pink color into 1 bowl:
  49. Leave the second bowl white
  50. Scoop the white whipped cream into the piping bag with a large star tip
  51. Scoop the pink whipped cream into the piping bag with a small star tip
  52. Using the large star tip, pipe a dollop of whipped cream in the top center and along the side
  53. Using the pink piping bag, pipe dollops of the pink whipped cream randomly into the white to make flowers
  54. Place the unicorn horn into the center of the frosting
  55. Place one ear on each side
