Apple Cider Crunch Pops
Do these not sound amazing or what?! These simple and amazing Popsicles are perfect for the changing weather.
2 cups of apple cider
½ cup of caramel sauce
1 cup of granola
- Pour apple cider into popsicle molds, place sticks, and freeze overnight
- Blend granola in a food processor until fine, but not flour-y. You’ll have to see some chunks.
- Dip popsicles in caramel sauce and then cover with crushed granola
- Freeze overnight on a parchment lined tray
