Easter Egg Fruit Pizza


Have you ever tried fruit pizzas? Well if not, you are sure to fall in love with them after trying this wonderful Easter fruit pizza, its the perfect amount of sweet with your sugar cookie, fruit dip and asst. fruits. This will quickly become your next favorite spring treat. 


  1. Sugar Cookie dough (we used a ready made 16.5 oz package)
  2. Package of Cream Cheese (8oz) – softened 
  3. Marshmallow Cream (1 – 13oz container or 2 – 7oz containers)
  4. Assortment of desired fruits
  5. Cookie sheet, parchment paper or aluminum foil


  1. Line your cookie sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil
  2. Roll out your cookie dough onto your foil or parchment paper and either cut it into the shape of a large Easter egg or shape the dough into your egg shape (make it fill the size of your cookie sheet)
  3. Bake your dough at 350′ for about 15-20 minutes or until it is a slight golden brown color
  4. Remove your cookie (should remove from your parchment or aluminum foil with ease) and place onto your serving tray
  5. Mix your cream cheese and marshmallow cream together until smooth (by hand or with a mixer)
  6. Frost your large cookie with your cream cheese marshmallow cream mixture
  7. Wash and cut your desired fruits into pieces about the size of a quarter or smaller
  8. Begin layering your fruit onto your pizza in rows or however you desire for your cookie design 
  9. Cut and enjoy
