1 large sandwich croissant, sliced in half through the width
Your choice of sandwich spread or sliced lunch meat
2 large pitted Spanish olives with pimento
- Prepare the croissant with your choice of sandwich toppings.
- Place each olive on a toothpick and stick the toothpicks into the sandwich.
Notes: For more fun, serve the sandwich on a bed of rice, Goldfish crackers, or shredded carrots
