Patriotic Fruit Kabob
Materials:
- Pound cake or angel food cake
- Blue berries
- Raspberries or Strawberries
- Mini marshmallows
- Kabob skewers
- Star cookie cutter
Directions:
- Cut your pound cake or angel food cake into about 1/2″ – 1/4″ slices
- Use cookie cutter to cut stars out of your cake
- Slide onto your skewers a blue berry, then a raspberry, then a mini marshmallow and repeat
- Once you get your skewer full add the star to the top to finish it off
- Enjoy
