Strawberry Cheesecake Pancake Tacos

Yield: 4 pancake tacos
4 buttermilk pancakes
1 cup cheesecake filling- ready made or whole made
1 cup diced fresh strawberries
1 tablespoon milk chocolate chips
- Place warm pancakes on a curved surface or place two pancakes back to back.
- Transfer the cheesecake filling to a piping bag with a round open tip. Carefully pipe the cheesecake filling into each pancake taco shell until they are nicely filled.
- Top the filled taco with sliced fresh strawberries. Drop chocolate chips across the top.
