Cranberry Bliss Bread

Cranberry Bliss Bread
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degree's and grease a 9 inch loaf pan, set aside
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flours, baking soda, baking powder, and salt together
  3. Using a standing mixer, cream together the butter, sugar, until creamy
  4. Mix in together the eggs, one at a time until combined
  5. Alternate with the buttermilk and dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, ending with the dry ingredients
  6. Mix in the the dried cranberries and white chocolate chips
  7. Pour batter into the loaf pan and place into the oven and bake for 60 minutes
  8. Once baked, allow to cool completely before removing from pan
  9. Remove loaf from pan and place onto a wire rack with a cookie sheet underneath
  10. In a medium mixing bowl, mix together the powdered sugar, vanilla and milk until combined
  11. Pour the icing over the bread and allow to dry for 30 minutes
  12. Sprinkle the chopped cranberries onto the icing
  13. Melt the chocolate chips and scoop into the ziplock bag
  14. Cut the tip and drizzle onto the bread
  15. Allow chocolate to harden before enjoying!
