Fall Caramel Pretzel Cookies

Materials:

  1. Pretzels
  2. Pre-made caramels
  3. Cookie sheet and wax paper or baking mat
  4. Spoon
  5. Candy melts
  6. Cinnamon and Sugar (make about a half cup of sugar with about a tsp of cinnamon)
  7. Sprinkles

Directions:

  1. Lay out your pretzels onto a baking sheet with wax paper or a baking mat
  2. Place a caramel onto each pretzel
  3. Bake at 250 for about 5-10min (until the caramel becomes soft
  4. Using a spoon push down on each caramel to flatten it onto your pretzel
  5. Place in the fridge for about 5 minutes to cool
  6. Melt your candy melts in a bowl (per directions on the bag, may need to thin it down a bit- we used some coconut oil in ours)
  7. take a fork and dip each pretzel into your candy melts, place on your baking sheet
  8. add your sprinkles while the candy melts are still warm
  9. Add a dash of cinnamon sugar mixtures over sprinkles
  10. Place in fridge for about 5 minutes to cool 
  11. Enjoy
