Scarecrow Pizza Pan Clothespin Wreath

Scarecrow Pizza Pan Clothespin Wreath

We have made so many fun pizza pan wreaths over the years and have had tons of requests for a scarecrow so here is what we came up with. Now this super easy scarecrow looks adorable with or without the clothes pins, the clothespins where a little extra we added to give it more size and color but she looks adorable either way.  You can see some of our other great pizza pan wreaths HERE

  1. Dollar store pizza pan- I used an appx 13″ round from outer edge to outer edge
  2. Clothespins – optional (appx 46 for a 13″ round since it only covers appx 3/4 of the pan)
  3. Scarecrow hat – the one we used is found HERE
  4. Glitter blast spray paint I buy mine HERE (colors used where the gold, posh pink and Orange)
  5. Spray primer- optional
  6. Glue- we used hot glue but depending upon how cold your area gets you might consider using a stronger holding glue
  7. Black sharpie
  8. Black, orange and white craft paint and brush
  9. Raffia for the hair
  10. Large fall colored flower- optional

  1. Spray your pizza pan with a base color- we used a tan spray we had on hand
  2. Once dry spray your pan with the gold glitter blast, add orange glitter blast over top around the edges feathering in.
  3. Spray 2 pink glitter spots for cheeks
  4. Let pan dry – recommended to dry over night
  5. Spray your clothes pins with Orange glitter spray – let dry
  6. Once pan and clothespins are dry add clothes pins all the way around your bottom half of the pan (cover about 1/2 to 3/4 around)
  7. Draw your face on with a black sharpie and fill in larger areas with craft paint
  8. Glue some raffia on top for hair and glue your hat down over top- add flower to hat for extra
  9. Add a ribbon or hanger to back of pan to hang it from
  10. Enjoy

Hi there I used an appx 13″ round from outer edge to outer edge pan found at a local dollar tree- for the Clothespins we used appx 46 since it only covers appx 3/4 of the pan.

Love it! Did you spray pizza pan with what color first then did you spray it with another color? Cheeks are posh pink? Clothespins are orange?

Hi there, we used a tan spray paint that we had on hand to base the pan with, we then sprayed the entire pan with the gold glitter spray, then sprayed the outer edge with a light coating of the orange glitter spray. The cheeks are hit with a quick dash of the posh pink glitter. For the clothepins we sprayed them with the orange glitter. 🙂
