Pennywise Pizza Pan Clothespin Wreath

We have made so many fun pizza pan wreaths over the years and have had tons of requests for different designs, this Pennywise wreath I made for my sister in law from the movie “It”  You can see some of our other great pizza pan wreaths HERE

Materials:

  1. Dollar store pizza pan- I used an appx 13″ round from outer edge to outer edge
  2. Clothespins – (appx 46 RED , 22 WHITE and 20 Mini BLUE for a 13″ round pan)
  3. Glitter blast spray paint I buy mine HERE (colors used where the Diamond dust, Sapphire shimmer, and Cherry Bomb )
  4. Piece of wood
  5. One Red balloon
  6. Spray primer- optional
  7. Glue- we used hot glue but depending upon how cold your area gets you might consider using a stronger holding glue
  8. Black sharpie
  9. Craft paint and brush
  10. Ribbon

Directions:

  1. Spray your pizza pan with a base color- we use a white spray paint
  2. Once dry spray your pan with the diamond dust glitter spray
  3. Let pan dry – recommended to dry over night
  4. Spray your clothes pins with a primer than the glitter blast over the top (see quantities used listed under materials)
  5. Once pan and clothespins are dry add clothes pins all the way around your wreath- red covering 3/4 and alternating the large white and mini blues (in groups of twos)
  6. Draw your face on with a black sharpie and fill in larger areas with craft paint- I free handed mine, however you could print your favorite design and use some graphite paper to transfer the base outline then fill it in
  7. Splatter some red paint to look like blood
  8. Glue on a piece of ribbon to the back to hang it from
  9. Take a small piece of wood and paint float on it
  10. Glue on your wood
  11. Glue on a red balloon for the finishing touch
  12. Enjoy
