Ocean Friends Craft Sticks
Materials:
- Craft sticks (we used jumbo craft sticks)
- Craft paint and brushes
- Craft paper
- Wiggle eyes
- Chenille stems
- Gems
- Hole punch
- Glue
- Scissors
- marker
Directions:
- Glue your craft sticks together accordingly – see images
- Have the kids paint their craft stick characters the desired color
- For your Shark glue on some grey (or desired color) craft paper to the back and trim off any access from the edge of the craft sticks
- Glue on Some wiggle eyes
- Cut out a black mouth and some teeth
- Glue your mouth on the inside of the craft sticks and glue on some teeth
- For your Octopus – cut out of craft paper a circle for the head/ body and glue on to the center of your craft sticks (see images)
- Add some wiggle eyes
- Take a hole punch and punch out lots of craft paper dots and glue on to the tentacles
- For your fish glue some craft paper to the back and trim off access
- Add scales with a marker
- Add a wiggle eye and some gems
- For your Crab or Lobster cut some chenille stems in half and bend some legs
- Glue your legs to the back of your craft sticks
- Cut some claws out of craft paper and glue to your 2 front legs
- Add some wiggle eyes and a mouth
