Handprint Unicorn Card
Supplies needed:
Color-In Unicorn Template HERE—> unicorn card color in template
White paper
Cardstock – purple, yellow
Markers – assorted colors
Black pen
Scissors
Glue stick
Directions:
Begin by tracing the little one’s handprint on white paper.
Cut out the handprint.
Trim the wrist area from the handprint and set aside.
Now, fold a sheet of purple cardstock into a card.
Use the black pen to make a few lines on the front of the card.
Color in the lines with markers.
And glue the handprint on top of the lines, fingers pointed down.
Next, print the color-in unicorn template on white paper.
Color in the mane and tail with markers.
Cut out all the pieces.
Position the oval head piece on top of the thumb.
Use the black pen to make a muzzle, with nostrils and a mouth.
Glue the mane in place.
And the tail, too.
Finally, cut a small triangle from the yellow paper and glue in place in the center of the top of the unicorn’s head.
Now it’s time to write your message for that magical person in your life on the inside of the card.
