Refrigerated Pie Crust
3 Full Size Hershey Chocolate Bars
4 Tbsp Butter
½ Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
½ Cup Marshmallow Fluff
1 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
2 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
½ Cup Chocolate Chips
1 Tbsp Shortening
Preheat oven to 425, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out pie crust and cut out 3 inch circles. You should be able to get 9 out of each circle. You can ball up the excess dough and roll it out and cut out 2 more circles if desired. So you will have a total of 18-22 circles of dough.
In a medium size bowl combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and marshmallow fluff, mix thoroughly.
Melt the butter and place graham cracker crumbs in a shallow dish.
Take each circle of dough and brush one side with butter and then dip in graham cracker crumbs. Set aside until all circles have been dipped.
With a dough circle plain side up place 2-3 pieces of chocolate bar in the center. Top it with a spoonful of the marshmallow mixture.
Top with another piece of pie crust with the graham cracker side facing out.
Using a fork crimp around the sides of the pie crust to seal. If you have trouble getting them to stick lightly brush the inside edges with water before crimping.
Place finished pies on prepared baking sheet and bake for 13-17 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve immediately or allow to cool in preparation to decorate.
To decorate melt chocolate chips and shortening in a double boiler or in the microwave heating in 30 second increments stirring in between.
Once the chocolate is melted place it in a piping bag and cut off the corner to form a small hole. Drizzle chocolate across each pie and immediately sprinkle with marshmallow bits.
Allow to cool completely before serving or storing. Store in an air tight container.
