Patriotic Cheesecake Fruit Tart

Ingredients:

  1. Dessert cups (angle food cake or pound cake cups)
  2. Vanilla instant pudding mix (4 oz box)
  3. Cream Cheese block (8oz)
  4. Milk (2 Cups)
  5. Blueberries and Raspberries

Directions:

  1. Using a hand held mixer mix softened cream cheese and instant pudding mix together, add in your milk slowly
  2. Mix until pudding mix sets up
  3. Pour mixture into dessert cups
  4. Place blueberries in the top right corner of the cups
  5. Lay raspberries in a row to make the flag stripes
  6. Serve immediately or place in the refrigerator
